We can direct our work at reinforcing positive thoughts (cognitions) and be curious about any issues to do with self worth, safety and vulnerability, control and choice, which may be limiting your intimate connections. EMDR. and CBT are excellent ways of helping you make positive change. When appropriate, voice, movement and breath exercises can be used with hypnotherapy to alleviate anxiety and develop confidence.
